ALUFORM DELIVERY SERVICE
At Aluform, we understand how critical it is for our customers’ projects that deliveries are received on schedule. That is why all deliveries are treated as time-sensitive. Our huge stock holding allows us to have our products to the contractors as quickly as possible. All our products are inspected and checked for quality before every delivery, and we ensure your order is well packaged and handled with care so that it is received in good condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Stocked products can be dispatched the same or next day. Powdercoated or manufactured items can be turned around in approximately 4-5 working days.
What are Aluform’s delivery cut-off times?
For local deliveries, order before 12pm for same day delivery, or before 3pm for next day delivery.
For interstate deliveries, order before 12pm for same day dispatch or before 3pm for next day dispatch.
Can I request a specific date and time for a delivery?
Yes, providing that the products are stocked and/or applicable lead times for manufactured or non-stock products are observed, a specific date and time for delivery can be requested. Our customer service team will confirm your delivery time when processing the order. For large projects, requiring time-critical deliveries to meet security requirements or crane-ups, we can liaise with you to arrange a dedicated delivery service.
What are Aluform’s delivery and freight charges?
We offer a local delivery service throughout ACT and the surrounding NSW area for $35.00 + GST. For delivery outside this area, we use third party couriers. For pricing on freight, please call 1800 995 817 for a quote.
Does Aluform deliver Australia wide?
Yes, we can deliver anywhere in Australia.
Will I get informed once my order has been dispatched?
Yes, for local ACT deliveries you will receive an SMS message approx. 30 minutes prior to receiving your delivery and then a phone call from our driver upon arrival. For deliveries sent via third party couriers, you will receive tracking updates by SMS and/or email once your order has been dispatched.
