A white, bright new office for Vantage Strata in Canberra City.
Key features of this fit-out included a monolithic Open Cell ceiling, warm timber joinery and white partitions, all complimented with a view of the city from the external windows.

Open Cell Ceiling Tiles
The beauty of an open cell ceiling system like this one, is that it makes use of a standard exposed grid system, however disguises the system so it looks as if it is hung from a concealed system.
There are a variety of open cell systems available, such as this one from National Ceiling Systems – Square Open Cell. Various cell sizes are available, however Aluform stocks 75 x 75mm cell in black and white. The panels are supplied assembled, in 600 x 600mm modules, which sit on a 15mm Narrowline grid system. The visible faces of the cells are also 15mm, which means the grid tee bars blend in with the face of the cells, and create the striking monolithic appearance.
Aluform also stocks infill panels to suit 75 x 75mm cells, which enable the addition of downlights and other services.
Series 1000 Partition Suite
The Series 1000 Partition is Aluform’s most versatile, aesthetic and adaptable system.
Available with three different edge profile sizes and three different glazing configurations, this system is our most popular. In this project, the sections were powder coated in Dulux™ Flat White, which is a premium powder that creates a matt finish. This project was a case in point of creating mullions and transoms with the Series 1000 system, and this detail featured across the individual office glazing that was installed.
Additionally, Aluform manufactured and supplied semi-solid timber doors; and supplied white door furniture.
