About The Project
This new office for Ray White Real Estate in Tuggeranong has a sport-y vibe.
Complete with a racing-track vinyl floor sticker, and its own indoor basketball court, this fit-out was inspired by the balance of work and play. Incorporated is a kitchenette, where the ceiling changes from a white mineral fibre tile to a welded, small square mesh ceiling tile, creating a modern industrial feel.

Series 1000 Partition Suite
By far our most comphrensive, common and versatile suite, Series 1000 suits a 64mm stud & track profile with a 13mm plasterboard sheet each side. The system can also be configured with a 51mm stud, by adding an extra layer of plasterboard. This versatility is one of the strong points of Aluform’s suites.
The system is available with 25mm, 32mm and 50mm edge profiles, of which the 32mm profile was used on this project. Here the frames were powder coated matt black, adding a grounding element to the white and yellow fit-out while tying in with the Ray White brand.
Additionally, Aluform supplied NFS150 gluefix skirting profiles to this project, powder coated to match the frames. Aluform stocks skirting in a range of common colours, suited to most commercial projects.
One of the key features of the Series 1000 system is its adaptability. Both double- and centre-glazed configurations can be used, and a series of glazing adaptors can facilitate switching between these two configurations very easy.
Metal Ceiling Tiles
Thanks to our nationally recognised ceiling tile suppliers, Aluform has access to a comprehensive range of ceiling tiles, from mineral fibre to metal ceilings.
In this project, small square welded mesh panels were used, powder coated white. This gives the area a modern, industrial feel, and allows a level of visibility into the ceiling plenum, which was the aesthetic sought for in this project.
Aluform can also supply a range of expanded mesh, open cell, metal pan and perforated metal tiles.
