About The Project
By far Aluform’s most detailed, high-end project yet! The fit-out for Deloitte at the Brindabella Business Park was a feat: a sprawling office space with highly custom details and finishes.
Being heavily involved in this project right from the initial base building stages was a first for the team at Aluform, and watching the space come together from a hole in the ground was truly inspiring. This building and fit-out will stand as a memorial to Canberra’s architectural creativity and expertise for years to come.

Series 1000 Partition Suite
Series 1000 is Aluform’s most versatile and aesthetic partition suite. Available in three edge profiles, and three different glazing configurations, the high-performance system is adaptable.
Used at this project in a 50mm edge profile, and powder coated Interpon™ Flat Matt Bronze, these frames provided a great acoustic solution as well as aesthetically tying in with the surrounding elements.
This project also featured the use of perimeter seals in place of standard door stop extrusions. This is becoming more common in high-end projects, providing additional acoustic performance and sealing capabilities to the doors. The Series 1000 partition suite is compatible with this configuration.
Armstrong Ceilings
This project featured a large amount of custom Armstrong Ceiling Solutions products. Initially, the base building was completed with ULTIMA panels 1500mm long, providing a canvas for the future tenants to start from. This was also installed to code, with a seismic design and back-bracing.
Once SQC Group became involved in fit-out design, Armstrong’s MetalWorks expanded mesh and WoodWorks perforated Vector tiles were specified, complete with special grid suspension systems.
These ceilings were used in various spaces throughout the design to assist in marking the varied functions of areas.
