About The Project
An upgrade to the Primary buildings at the Canberra Grammar School featured high acoustic ceiling tiles and Autex Acoustics Quietspace Panels.
A learning space such as this one requires a high level of acoustic absorption, and this was achieved through the use of the Autex and National Ceiling Systems products.

Pinnacle™
Pinnacle is the best acoustically rated tile in the National Ceiling Systems range.
With an NRC of 0.7 and CAC of 37, the Pinnacle not only provides great sound absorption, but also attenuation (sound transfer between spaces). This, combined with a bright white, fleece face, creates the ideal canvas for a variety of spaces, especially educational spaces.
Pinnacle is compatible with any type of 24mm grid type: most popularly the TRIDENT Quick-Release ceiling grid, also from the NCS range.

Series 3000
The Series 3000 Partition Suite suits a 92mm stud frame with 13mm plasterboard either side.
This system is kept in stock in both Natural Anodised and Satin Black to ensure fast turnarounds on projects; and can be powder coated in any Dulux or Interpon colour with a lead time of less than one week.
Series 3000 can be used with both aluminium and timber doors, featuring an offset pocket to ensure the door finishes flush with the outside of the frame.
