BOND STREET, SYDNEY

A classy city centre fit-out.

About The Project

Twelve floors above the bustling centre of Sydney city, this fit-out is a contemporary workplace designed with clarity and warmth in mind.

Transparent meeting spaces, timber-look detailing, and generous light come together to create a functional yet inviting environment that supports collaboration and focus through flexible spaces.

Aluform’s glazing and door systems featured heavily throughout the project, powder coated in a wood-effect finish that mimics real timber effectively.

Series 6000 Sliding System

The Series 6000 Sliding System is used to form full‑height glazed meeting rooms that balance transparency, separation, and flexibility. The top‑hung, track‑and‑pelmet design eliminates floor tracks, allowing continuous flooring and clean transitions between spaces: an important consideration in high‑quality workplace interiors.

Capable of supporting tall, heavy door panels, the system comfortably accommodates large glazed or timber doors while maintaining smooth operation. The concealed pelmet provides easy access for adjustment and maintenance, ensuring long‑term performance without compromising the architectural finish. The result is a refined, highly functional sliding solution that integrates seamlessly with partition and joinery systems.

Wood-Effect Powder coat

Wood‑effect aluminium allows designers to achieve the warmth and character of timber with the precision and consistency of aluminium. A high‑definition wood‑grain finish replicates natural timber tones and texture, making it ideal for interiors where a softer, more tactile aesthetic is desired.

Unlike natural timber, wood‑effect aluminium offers greater dimensional stability and uniformity across large elements such as doors, partitions, and joinery.

This provides a low‑maintenance solution that supports design intent over time, without compromising detailing, alignment, or finish consistency.

LDF Partition Doors

LDF doors offer a well‑balanced solution for internal spaces, combining a solid core construction with manageable weight for easy handling and installation.

Their robust build provides a sense of quality and permanence, making them well suited to workplaces where durability and daily use are key considerations.

The solid core helps maintain effective acoustic separation between rooms, supporting privacy and focus without introducing unnecessary bulk. This makes LDF doors a practical and refined choice for meeting rooms, offices, and internal zones where acoustic performance and ease of use need to work hand in hand.
