SERIES 9000 HEALTH

The ideal solution for various health applications, including hospitals, clinics, aged care, laboratories and veterinary centres, Aluform’s new Series 9000 Health Suite features a unique sloping bottom sill design, with flat beads used for the top and sides of the frame. The sloping beads prevent the accumulation of dust, dirt and grime, helping to keep the bottom sill clean and minimise the growth of bacteria. Both the flat and sloping beads incorporate screw flutes, designed to prevent easy removal of the beads and thus making the system suitable for mental health applications.

• Suits 92mm stud with a single layer of 13mm plasterboard either side
• 45mm edge profile
• 35mm flat and sloping beads suit a 45mm Double Glaze Unit (DGU) incorporating a Venetian blind
• 41mm flat and sloping beads suit a 34mm Double Glaze Unit (DGU) incorporating a Venetian blind
• Suits 35mm, 40mm and 45mm door stops or can be used with a range of acoustic seals
• Can achieve an acoustic rating of up to RW45 (based on Viridian DGU glass reports)
