Door & Plasterboard Wall Set 24-018:
- Jamb: Aluform Series 9000 Partition
- Wall: 64mm stud frame with four layers of 13mm Soundstop plasterboard
- Insulation: 32kg/m3 50mm polyester
- Door: Aluform widestile hinged aluminium door with 12.5mm hush laminate
- Seals: Raven RP8si recessed drop seal to door. RP10si installed to perimeter and RP610 installed to edge of door.

Door and frame set shall be Aluform Set #24-018 to achieve Rw37.
64mm stud frame with two layers 13mm Soundstop plasterboard either side, and 32kg/m3 50mm polyester insulation to cavity. Aluform Series 9000 door jamb with Raven RP10si to perimeter. Door to be Aluform widestile hinged aluminium door glazed with 12.5mm hush laminate, fitted with Raven RP8si recessed drop seal. Raven RP610 fitted to edge of door.
