- Jamb: Aluform Series 9000 Partition
- Wall: 64mm stud frame with four layers of 13mm Soundstop plasterboard
- Insulation: 32kg/m3 50mm polyester
- Door: Aluform widestile hinged aluminium door with 12.5mm hush laminate
- Seals: Raven RP144si recessed drop seal, RP35si surface-mounted drop seal and RP87si installed to perimeter

Door and frame set shall be Aluform Set #24-016 to achieve Rw39.
64mm stud frame with two layers 13mm Soundstop plasterboard either side, and 32kg/m3 50mm polyester insulation to cavity. Aluform Series 9000 door jamb with Raven RP87si to perimeter. Door to be Aluform widestile hinged aluminium door, glazed with 12.5mm hush laminate and fitted with Raven RP144si recessed drop seal and RP35si surface-mounted drop seal.
