- Jamb: Zone 4/5 SCEC stile jamb (by others)
- Wall: 92mm stud frame with four layers of 13mm Soundstop plasterboard
- Insulation: 32kg/m3 50mm polyester
- Door: Aluform solid core Zone 4/5 50mm acoustic door
- Seals: Raven RP70si recessed drop seal, RP87si installed to door stop and RP120 installed in jamb rebate

Door and frame set shall be Aluform Set #24-015 to achieve Rw36.
92mm stud frame with two layers 13mm Soundstop plasterboard either side, and 32kg/m3 50mm polyester insulation to cavity. Zone 4/5 SCEC steel jamb with Raven RP87si and RP120 seals to perimeter. Door to be Aluform solid core Zone 4/5 50mm acoustic door, fitted with Raven RP70si recessed drop seal.
