SECURE OFFICE DOOR SPECIFICATION GENERATOR

Not sure where to start with specifying office doors for secure areas? Here’s your answer! From Zone 2 right up to Zone 5, Aluform’s investment in specialised door machinery means we can produce secure office doors to custom specifications.

To meet SCEC requirements, secure office doors must be a minimum of 45mm thick, with a 38mm blockboard LVL core and 10mm thick solid timber edgestrips. We make zone doors in 45mm, as well as 50mm for those extremely high security areas; and we have a proprietary door construction for a 50mm secure, acoustic door as well! The face of the door is then finished with paint-grade plywood, or duracote hardwood. Veneer or laminate can be laid on the face of the door additional to these skins, to provide a more aesthetically pleasing finish.

But that’s not all; Aluform specialises in hardware machining, even the complex machinings that secure office doors require, such as cable transfer preparation. The doors are accurately pre-machined to suit applicable hardware and arrive on-site ready to fit and hang! This makes it simple for the contractor or installer, as it takes them less time and effort to get the secure doors installed to a high standard. Ready to get started? Follow the prompts below to generate a completely custom specification that you can copy-and-paste into your documents easily!
