FABRICATED ALUMINIUM DOORS

Aluform provides an in-house manufacturing service for the fabrication of custom aluminium doors. This service includes the machining and fitting of common hardware components such as mortice locks, bottom door seals, rollers, flush bolts and flush pulls.

Fabricated Door Options:

Single Leaf Hinged Doors

Aluform’s aluminium single leaf hinged doors are designed to integrate with all our aluminium partition systems and can be fabricated in 73mm or 114mm stiles with lock and furniture machining to suit.

Double Leaf Hinged Doors

Aluform’s aluminium double leaf hinged doors are designed to integrate with all our aluminium partition systems and can be fabricated in 73mm or 114mm stiles. The inactive leaf can be machined for the strike plate and flush bolts.

Sliding Doors

Aluform’s aluminium sliding doors are made to suit our three sliding systems – Series 4000, Series 5000, Series 6000 – as well as our Alu-Glide cavity slider units. Sliding doors can be machined for rollers, pull handles and floor guides.

Pivot Doors

Aluform’s aluminium pivot doors are designed to be able to swing both ways and can be fabricated in 73mm or 114mm stiles with pivot, lock and furniture machining to suit.
